Pricing:
General Rentals (6 hours): $1010
Repast Rentals (4 hours): $560
Rental period, including setup and cleanup. Each additional hour is $100.
Pricing also includes $95 for special events insurance and a $100 cleaning deposit.
Discounts offered for supporting and registered parishioners.
Additional costs if security is needed.

Restrictions:
- No civil or religious ceremonies (including weddings) are to be conducted in the Parish Hall.
- The Parish Hall may not be used for anything that contradicts the teachings and faith of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Only wedding receptions where the wedding takes place in Our Lady of Lourdes Church may be held in the Parish Hall.
- A St. Bernard Deputy must be hired for security.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Nothing may be attached to the walls or hung from the ceiling.
The main room is 2,652 square feet. For safety, the maximum occupancy is 150 for banquet seating and 350 standing.
